Purpose
Film Pack Camera Club (FPCC) serves as a membership association for persons interested in the art and science of photography who seek to socialize with like-minded photographers, improve photographic knowledge and skills, share images in programs and competitions, and participate in FPCC activities.
Form
First established in 1949, FPCC is organized as an all-volunteer unincorporated membership association based in Clark County, Washington, with membership primarily in the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area of Washington and Oregon. FPCC is not organized for the private financial gain or profit of any person or entity.

- IMAGE DISCUSSION NIGHT, appreciation and discussion of images made by FPCC members, without judging or scores, monthly, (more info).
- ELECTRONIC IMAGE DIVISION (EID) COMPETITION, monthly September through May (more info).
- EDUCATION NIGHT, monthly September through May (more info).
- FIELD TRIPS, various times and locations for small groups of members enjoy photography together (more info).
- PRINT COMPETITION NIGHT, traditionally monthly September through May, currently suspended due to pandemic restrictions.
- WORKSHOPS, for groups of members to practice photographic techniques guided by an instructor, various times through the year, currently suspended due to pandemic restrictions.

LOCATION
FPCC is based in Vancouver, Washington, with members living in the Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area. FPCC generally holds Image Discussion Night and Education Night events via Zoom. Most FPCC in-person meetings are convened in the Forum Room, Touchmark at Fairway Village, 2911 SE Village Loop, Vancouver, WA 98660. HOW TO JOIN FPCC
VISIT. You may visit several FPCC meetings to learn more about us before applying to join. Please use the CONTACT US form to have a club officer connect with you to answer questions and facilitate your visits.
APPLICATION AND DUES. When ready to join, please mail in your printed and completed application form along with a check for membership dues as explained here.
AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS
COLUMBIA COUNCIL OF CAMERA CLUBS (4Cs). FPCC is a member organization of 4Cs, which includes other camera clubs across Oregon, Washington, and parts of Idaho and Northern California. FPCC membership automatically includes individual membership in 4Cs, with access to 4Cs member benefits.
PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY OFF AMERICA (PSA). FPCC is a member organization of PSA, which provides various club services to FPCC and accepts club-level submission to selected PSA competitions.
Individual membership in PSA, with access to their monthly newsletter, educational resources, and other activities, requires separate application and payment of individual dues to PSA.
